Welcome to ‘All SHE Makes’

An Organization Increasing Visibility for Women Artist Worldwide.

There are many places to find talent, but none where professional women artists can be discovered by discipline or location. Since women artists are extremely underrepresented in galleries and museums, talent searches leave an alarming majority of women artists undiscovered, unless organizations are committed to bringing equality into the art world. ‘All SHE Makes’ was created to change that dynamic. Founded in January 2020 by Svitlana Martynjuk, ‘All SHE Makes’ is an immigrant woman artist-owned and operated art & culture organization. Our mission is to amplify women creatives across the globe by increasing the visibility of women artists internationally through a curated global directory and international art magazine.

We are also a founding member of Fair Art 2030 which is a pledge project and collective for equality and inclusion in the art world, a public promise that museums, galleries, art fairs, and organizations are invited to sign as an indication of their commitment to representing the full population in their collections, exhibitions, programming, and management by 2030. The project is in line with UN sustainability goals.

Our Mission

As a growing art and culture organization, we are working to promote visibility for womxn in the arts. While our organization primarily focuses on shining light on women artists in the art world, we welcome non-binary people and anyone who is comfortable in our space. We currently represent women artists from 30 countries and support ALL women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ artists, with any ability, any education, any location, and any background.

We believe in engaging our community with allies and organizations to make an impact. Through these collaborations, we are able to promote visibility for womxn in the arts by offering more opportunities for our artists through our scholarship and artist x Change programs. Our most recent collaboration involved ArtGirlRising, SHOWFIELDS, Antipode Gallery, WWF (World Wildlife Fund), and their campaign to promote love for nature through art, where millions got to see amazing work by our artists. In addition, we collaborated with a fine art licensing company to offer a few of our artist’s the opportunity to add additional income streams by licensing their work.

With our efforts, we strive to contribute to and support other organizations. We donated over $5000 USD total (and counting) to the following organizations and non-profits: National Museum of Women in the Arts, National Bail Fund Network, Black Lives Matter, Black Artist Fund, Black Artists + Designers Guilt, Tessera Art Collective, Stop AAPI Hate.

As of 2023, we adopted a new submission fee “pay what you can” structure to further decrease barriers of entry for marginalized people. Additionally, our founder changed her employment with All SHE Makes to a volunteer and everyone else working with All SHE Makes continues to be paid. All SHE makes is a non-profit organization.
